Your soup looks delicious. I never thought of using asparagus in a soup but now that I read of your experience I’m going to try it. I do love asparagus and it is in season here in California right now. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I’m going to check out the book too as soup is one of my favorite things to make.

Look how pretty it looks. I’m coming back for this in a month or so when the local asparagus starts to show up at the farmers market. Yummm.
