Very interesting - I've heard nothing but mixed reviews of this book which really makes me wonder how come it made the shortlist? Ah well, these decisions can be strange. I'm very glad to hear that Remind Me Who I Am Again is good, as it's the one Linda Grant book I possess!

I read a 1998 nonfiction book by Linda Grant last year called, Remind Me Who I Am, Again. It was about her mother's mental decline - not really Alzheimer's but similar in some ways. She talked a lot about her life, her family, etc. It was very good, and fascinating.
